Karma Feinstein-Cohen is the Executive Director of World Magshimey-Herut and World Herut which she founded in 1999.
This is the sole educational movement of unapologetic Zionism and it is based on three fundamental pillars: The integrity of the land, Jewish unity and social justice. Ms Feinstein Cohen has worked tirelessly to advance the movement's goals both worldwide and in Israel. This global movement, whilst united in ideology, each Herut branch varies in its style.
Long committed to the ideology of Ze'ev Jabotinsky, she previously served in various leadership positions within Betar for over eleven years. After serving as the Education Coordinator for Betar Israel and as the Regional Coordinator for the Settlement Region, Ms Feinstein-Cohen became Head of the Overseas Dept. for World Betar Executive and then Treasurer in 1994. She also operated as the co-chair for the council of World Zionist youth movements.
Ms Feinstein-Cohen is a member of the praesidium of the Zionist General Council of the WZO and has been a Jewish Agency committee member since 2002. Since October 2016 she serves as a Board Member.
Ms Feinstein is a WZO representative on the Board of Directors of the “Council to Perpetuate the Memory of Ze’ev Jabotinsky” in the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel
Yonatan Herzfeld is Program Director for Herut Canada after years of volunteering for Herut North America and World Herut while on campus.
Yonatan graduated in 2020 from Stony Brook University located in Long Island, New York with a BS in Health Science, concentrating on Healthcare management.
Two months after graduating, Yonatan made Aliyah through Garin Tzabar and lived on Kibbutz Alumim in Southern Israel for a year and a half and then moved to Jerusalem. Yonatan drafted to the Paratroopers brigrade eventually becoming first a sharpshooter and then a commander.
Yonatan is a passionate zionist dedicated to the people and land of Israel and believes promoting strong Jewish identities in youth is essential. Actualizing Jabotinsky's life work demands not only Jews being proud of our shared identity and history, but also working towards a better future for our nation in our homeland.
Dalia Pikovsky was one of the founders and orchestrators of the New Herut Party serving as MK Michael Kleiner's Chief administrator. Dalia facilitated the establishment of World Herut and World Magshimey Herut and the management of both movements.
Jade Levitt is Chairwoman on the Board of Herut Canada. After graduating from Concordia University, she moved to Israel and began an internship with World Herut and World Magshimey Herut as the Marketing Director and Internship Coordinator. Upon completion of the internship, she returned to Canada and opened a Canadian chapter of Herut in her hometown of Montreal.
Jade continued to fulfill the duties of Marketing Director with World Herut by travelling back and forth from Montreal to the United States of America and educating about Israel using digital marketing strategies.
Jade currently works for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel at the Consulate General of Israel in Montreal as the Director of Political and Public Affairs, while continuing her administrative work with Herut Canada.
Aaron Hadida has been working in the Jewish community his entire life, in numerous roles including program coordination, security, teaching Jewish self-defense, and more. He is an outspoken Israel advocate and virulent defender of the Jewish People. He believes in Jewish unity and Zionism above all else.
Aaron never misses a Toronto Jewish community event and is counted on for security organization, protection services, and programming on a near daily basis.
Aaron formally joined Herut Canada in 2021.
